The Blacksmith Shop was founded in 1979 with one purpose in mind, and that was to present to the general public the finest contemporary smithing in the United States. To that end, we currently purchase work from 100 master smiths. The current inventory includes cutlery, table ware, a large selection of pot racks (30 or more), gates, arbors, benches, flower pot holders, fireplace screens (both iron and stained glass), fireplace tool sets, wood holders, andirons, tables, stools, and an amazing selection of lighting, hardware and other home accessories. The purpose of our website is to encourage you to tell us what you are interested in, so we can then photograph the current selection and email that to you. So, don't look for a catalog on this site, just enjoy the pictures.
